About ReachLLM

We built ReachLLM because we ran into the problem ourselves

ReachLLM started while we were building Carbon2Capital, a climate-tech company. We realized people were no longer relying only on Google. They were asking AI systems for recommendations, and brands that looked strong in traditional search were still missing from AI-driven discovery.

What We Are

An AI-native agency for AI search visibility

We help brands improve how they show up across AI-powered search by combining GEO strategy, prompt coverage analysis, citation research, content and technical fixes, managed execution, and ongoing measurement. See how our process works.

We don't just show brands they're missing. We uncover what's hurting visibility, what to fix first, and how to improve it measurably.

Why Different

Built around the reality that GEO is hard, especially for SMBs

The gap we saw

Most SMBs know AI search matters, but they don't know where to start, which prompts matter, what's reducing their visibility, or how to keep up with a category that keeps changing.

  • Where do I start?
  • Which prompts matter?
  • Why am I missing?

What we learned

GEO is not one-size-fits-all. What improves visibility depends on industry, authority, target prompts, model behavior, and the sources shaping answers.

  • Authority
  • Prompts

  • Sources

EG
Emirates Graphic
Case Study

  • Prompts tracked: 8 → 25
  • Pages cited: 2 → 48
  • Timeline: 3 months
Emirates Graphic already had strong traditional SEO and was being mentioned in the right places. The issue was that AI engines were still not recommending them enough. We expanded visibility from a smaller initial prompt footprint to a broader set of prompts, while increasing the range of pages being cited.

Good SEO does not automatically translate into good AI search visibility. GEO requires its own methodology.

What We Believe

Our principles on GEO

  1. AI is the new discovery layer
  2. SEO ≠ AI visibility
  3. Monitoring is not enough
  4. Every business is different
  5. Outcomes over complexity

AI is the new discovery layer

If a brand is missing from AI answers, it is missing from an increasingly important part of how people decide what to trust.

SEO ≠ AI visibility

Brands can have strong websites and still be misrepresented or absent from AI-generated answers.

Monitoring is not enough

Businesses need to know why they are missing, what to fix, and what to do next.

Every business is different

The right strategy depends on prompts, sources, model behavior, authority, and category context.

Outcomes over complexity

They want a partner that understands the work deeply and can turn that understanding into progress.
